In 2023 as India is at the world’s centre stage having bestowed with the presidency of G20 Nations in 2023 and fruitfully completed the 75th year of Independence, successfully marching forward in the Amritkaal journey under the able and powerful leadership of our iconic Prime Minister – Shri Narendra Modi Ji. Atmanirbhar Bharath a mantra of self-reliance is echoing across the nation from political, social, cultural and economic activities.
The ministry of Defence under the dynamic leadership of Shri Rajnath Singh ji has taken the mantle of Atmanirbhar Bharath drawing cue from the Prime Minister’s clarion call for “Make in New India & Vocal for Local” had spearheaded the indigenization defence production, preparedness, Research & Development in safeguarding the national borders, ensuring homeland security, socio-economic development of the border areas instilling nationalistic spirit in the youth yet finding innovative methods of global knowledge collaborations in the Defence Sector
To take stock of the journey so far & road ahead in this Amrit Kaal , an innovative program “DISA (Defence Innovation Summit & Awards) 2024” is planned in the Missile City of India, Balasore, Odisha under the wise guidance of Shri Pratap Chandra Sarangi ji, Honorable Member of Parliament, Loksabha, Balasore. Being Home to the DRDO’s state-of-the-art (Missile) Interim Test Range (ITR), Balasore is the unique confluence of Trade, Technology, Tranquility, Tourism, Total Biodiversity and Talent all under one neighborhood.
